[Tfug] broadband opts

I've had Cox for about 4.5 years.. I agree, the speed and reliability
is pretty good and their service and support have been horrible. My
experience in my recent move was a major improvement though, as they
waived all transfer fees (which I think are rediculous andway) and
were responsive when I called them about a problem with my MAC
registration not following me to my new address. I have yet to hear a
direct comparison from someone who has experienced both first hand.
You will have to give us an upate in a few months.
