[Tfug] Can somebody point me to the new ATI linux drivers

 It could just be misconfigured software. I'm starting to get comfy with 
RH8.0, and so I might not mind blowing out my Mandrake 9.0 install to 
try the card out in a cleanly installed OS. On the other hand, I picked 
the card up at bookman's. So I figure there's a 50/50 chance it's just a 
bad card/bad memory. The SoundBlaster Live I picked up from them is 
toast. Thankfully they're return policy (esp. around the hollidays) is 
pretty good. At the moment I'm getting really good playback out of 
mplayer in RH8.0 (gotta love apt-get). Anyone know if it's worth looking 
into a hardware dvd decoder or not?
