[Tfug] cell modem router

First of all,
     When you say "port" I assume you mean what is commonly known as RJ-45
The TP-Link has only one  of these. The TP-Link gives you NAT & DHCP.
      Nonetheless using a Windows box as a NAT with DHCP is very 
interesting.
I'll look into it.
