Enterprise Architect is a full UML suite with code sync/generation for many
different languages, as well as XML schema sync/generation for webservices,
and DDL sync/generation for many different database flavors.

It's reasonably priced ($139 for the base version with 1 year of updates),
so it isn't too much of a big deal if you decide you hate UML.
