Hi,

Yes, that was me...  I was contacted by the reporter, due to the
strangeness of the potholes being refiled by a neighbor (no one has
admitted to doing it).

Sorry for the late reply, have not been on email much this week.

Rebecca Marjorie McGregor was born on Monday Dec 7th at 12:40pm at TMC :)
