If they physically will *mate*, the answer is "yes"
(with 98.326654% certainty).  Most of the cords are
"generic" -- there are only a few different styles in use
(Mac laptops have wonky cords  :< )

The *cord* ratings are largely meaningless in this sort of
application.  The 125V indicates the level of insulation
on the cord.  The 10a vs. 7a indicates the current carrying
capability of the wire *within* the cord.  The 10a cord
has "thicker wire" (copper) inside.

Regardless, your laptop probably draws less than 100W
total so anything over 1A is overkill (in terms of electrical
requirements... *mechanically*, the heavier gauge wire is
usually more robust -- though sometimes less flexible)
