I was referring to total system memory. You're quite right, 128 for W98
should be fine, 256 for Win2k.
BUT: performance under the VM is dependent on how fast Linux provides the
underlying disk and video access. You want Linux to have a heathy amount
available too. With an Athlon750 he's a bit short on raw horsepower; if he
starves it of RAM too and THEN runs a VM he ain't gonna be happy.
