Need a Javascript programmer -

My company, www.usxpo.com, needs some help doing some programming. It seems 
that the company hired to do the original work is not performing. If you go 
to www.nabe.org, clik on the Conference link in the bar at the top and then 
check out the Online Applications, that is where the trouble starts. They 
are not working as we want them to, don't populate certain forms etc. As 
usual we need the work done right away, so if you know how to make these 
forms work properly, let me know.
