[Tfug] Phishing Schemes

I'm always reporting phishing schemes, but today Firefox alerted me that 
a URL, <http://todoslosprecios.com/www.bankofamerica.com/index.html> was 
*already* a known phishing site.

I'm kind of curious how they know as I don't see a link anywhere to 
report one to them?  Does it parse the second url and know that it 
shouldn't be second?

If you click on that link with Firefox, it should throw up a huge warning.
