I'm not sure if you're being faciecous here nor not, but no, Hammurabi's 
laws aren't found in the Bible. They're are mentioned there, however.

Hammurabi is the guy credited for establishing the first major rulebook 
for how civilization should be kept in line. Some good ideas in there, 
but some laughably strange ones as well. When you read them, keep in 
mind, this is a civilization who's currency was barley. Literally. They 
had a barley-based economy.

My favorites:

108. If a female bartender does not accept corn according to gross 
weight in payment of drink, but takes money, and the price of the drink 
is less than that of the corn, she shall be convicted and thrown into 
the water.

110. If a nun opens a bar, or enters a bar to have a drink, then shall 
this woman be burned to death.
