[Tfug] fonts for konsole -> mrxvt

i want to switch to mrxvt, but i want a nice font.  konsole's "huge"
font is OK, so i want to duplicate it.  any idea how to do that?

also, i like how konsole's cursor changes when the window is not
focused.  is there a way to do that in mrxvt?
