[Tfug] Limited Installation

I think when you select a custom Red Hat/Fedora install, one of the
options towards the bottom is a minimal install.  The FC3 release notes
say it will take 620MB.  If you like bleeding edge and can wait a few
days, FC4 is supposed to be released next week.
