I guess it's clear where we got a replacement HiperARC from, huh?
We had an emergency failure and purchased a card from the former 
employer to reduce the outage.  I guess we never changed the banner.

The 202-2305 number is spread across multiple chassis so on some 
connects you might end up getting the "starnet" prompt.  I'll make a 
note to change the banner to be consistent.  Most PPP initiation 
doesn't require a text match first, so let's say you use windows (boo) 
or MacOS (yay) you won't have that problem.  Regardless, good catch.
