My first mistake was not to do a 'whois'.  I presumed that the 66.... 
was at UltraSW.  It is actually at Yahoo.  UltraSW is paying attention 
to a blacklist and bouncing messages from Yahoogroups thereby nullifying 
some or all Yahoogroups lists for users of UltraSW.

I bypassed Dave this time and wrote the owner since Dave told me on the 
phone that he doesn't repsond to emails!
