[Tfug] Can someone help me with a little shutdown problem?

I am using Mandrake 9.0, and every time I shutdown I
get:

Unmounting NFS filesystems:
Cannot MONTPROG RPC: RPC: Program not registered
umount2:
Device or resource busy umount: /net: device is busy

At this point the shutdown freezes-up and goes no
further. When I turn the system on again and boot up,
It tells me that it was not a cleen shutdown, scans
the file systems, and then boots up. What can I do to
clean this mess up?
