A true statement, but not the point. It's as possible (I think) to
minimize security problems on a Windows system (if you know what you're
doing) as it is on a Linux or *BSD system (again, if you know what you're
doing). The issue is that Linux/*BSD is being dismissed out of hand
because of FUD, not because one or the other OS is inherently more secure.
Money is wasted, time is wasted, resouces are wasted, etc, based on FUD. I
can provide a better solution for this particular user in terms of cost and
functionality (and portability, and may other -ilities) going with Linux,
but it's not allowed because some bozo in network security is afraid of the
boogieman.
