Saw the original a couple days ago, how'd I know this was eventually going to

Short and simple answer, the details are still a bit sketchy, but if it is as 
presented, the charges will be thrown out in a heartbeat. The pointed out the 
insecurity of the government office to the network manager and a reporter. 
The manager freaked and is trying to cover up his incompetence by charging 
some special "hacking".
