The notice is indeed short, for which I have not been able to apologize enough.
Ryan's link is timely and a major factor in this changeover. Time Earner
Telecom does indeed buy from Worldcom, just as Worldcom buys from Time
Warner and AT&T buys from Expedius and Broadwing Buys from Worlcom and
Qwest buys from Expedius and Time Warner, etc. Worldcom does not "own"
Time Warner in any fashion that I am aware of.

As for IPs, yes, some of the IPs we currently utilize belong to Time
Warner. Some belong to Sprint as well. Dakota has no plans of folding,
selling, going under, being single-homed, etc. This has been our best year
ever and since we've been doing this for many years now, that should
assuage all fears you might have.

We are indeed locally owned and operated and 100% not like Roadrunner.
;) We are being proactive so as not to be reactive and behind the 8 ball
if something happens. Besides all this, the changes being made on a rapid
time frame now were planned for the fall anyway and do not represent an
overall degredation in service, but rather measured steps towards greatness. :)

We are also going to be upgrading our bandwidth for DSL via Qwest Fiber (if
they ever install it, heh) adding a shell server, most likely begin
supporting at least one distribution of Linux, and continuing a plan of
physical re-wiring (for aesthetics) and general updates and upgrades of all
kinds.
