Yep, I can do a trade with you. I have an 8 port 10base T workgroup hub,
small, no fan. Lights and connectors all on the front. Contact me at the
number below, or send an email. If you need more let me know. I handle a lot
of hardware, buy cheap, sell cheap.

Here ya go... chek it out.....
In 7 states Legal Mobil Scanners are PROHIBITED...
So some states make it illegal to know what your police are doing...
And there is one state that makes it illegal to use a Legal Ham Novice
Mobile Scanner.

There are only two things that I'm aware of that are illegal to do with
scanners
in Arizona. The first is listening to cell phones or possessing a device
that
has been modified (key word) to pick up those frequencies. You can't
legally
buy a scanner in the US that can pick up those frequencies. The second one
is
that it's illegal to use a scanner in Arizona in conjuction with a crime. I
heard that at an ARRL meeting, but a quick search of google didn't turn up
anything.

Could you give me a statute number or web page that shows either Federal
Law or State statute IE Arizona Revised Statute?

Have you ever seen what goes on in a court room. This would be an
excellent argument and a compelling one at that.

According to a guy I just met on IRC, it is illegal in 17 states to
posses a telephone and in 4 states using a cell phone to call another
cell phone is a class 19 felony. Under federal law, no communications
device can emit radio waves.

This is my point. The authorities do not arrest without being able to
charge you by statute title and number. We can say well this... or well
that.... But until we read the actual law and case law that goes along
with it, we will just be moving forward blindly.
