Hah, that's pretty good. But honestly, I'm impressed that they
actually concluded that you needed a replacement power brick AND
concluded that with the 20 minutes of battery life. I had a support
issue with HP a couple years back that spanned 3 days because the
keyboard died and they kept wanting me to reinstall windows. Not once,
not twice, but three times. Actually 4, but after three I refused and
started getting belligerent. The keyboard error was showing up during
POST, so it clearly wasn't windows. I didn't even attempt to explain
that I could boot into linux and watch the scrambled keycodes
streaming by using xev.
