[Tfug] Routing Postfix through Cox

I thought I'd post this separate:

Is there an easy way to configure Postfix to route mail through Cox's 
smtp.west.cox.net? I sort of get the feeling this is a real noob 
question, but I'm not a mail admin (or a good one :P)
