[Tfug] Is it soup yet with Debian?

Yes,
      The search engine is still disabled on www.debian.org, and my 
apt-get sources
website is still out to lunch. I'm using:

         deb http://128.196.95.10/debian unstable contrib non-free main
         deb-src http://128.196.95.10/debian unstable contrib non-free main

     ping 128.196.95.10 gets you nowhere.

        Is there still something out there to use with apt-get update, 
etc.? I heard that
there were major changes going on about May-31, but its hard to garner 
anything
