[Tfug] PCMCIA Ethernet 3c589

I was wondering if anyone had gone through the pain
that is installing the 3c589 drivers on a laptop...
the machine does not have a cd drive thus making my
inital driver choices somewhat limited. If anyone has
any tips about where to locate this and get it onto my
laptop with only a floppy during an inital install, I
am all ears. Thanks
