[Tfug] Is TFUG dead?

A few months ago I noticed a sharp drop in spam over all. I though might 
domain host 1&1 had put one on like go daddy and cox put blanket filters 
on all accounts beyond the ones you can control. They "said" they 
didn't. Maybe filters are being placed at other routing points?
