[Tfug] [OT] Where to find basic unlocked cell phones in Tucson

Anyone have a local source for new, unlocked, contract/plan free cell phones 
in Tucson? Or some place that fixes older phones? I just want a basic flip phone 
to replace my existing broken phone. So far I haven't found anything locally, 
order something online which finally arrived today and its a piece of crap... 
it's unbelievable that with everything out there you can't just buy a phone 
these days.
