[Tfug] Alternatives to Google Voice/Obihai?

Google is changing things with their voice service. This change will render
the Google Voice function of all Obihai units useless.

Can anyone recommend a VoIP provider with a low monthly rate, decent
service and some sort of "unified voice" capabilities? I've looked over the
list on the Obihai site, but would like some feedback from anyone actively
using a service.
