There's very little "in back", anymore.  Most has been scrapped,
listed on eBay/CL or sitting out in the courtyard for sale.

I think there's a *rush* to get the building emptied out RSN.

My understanding is that the building needs to be "empty" before
TUSD will re-assume control of it.
