[Tfug] OT: Bicycles

Hi,

I've inherited/rescued several bicycles in various states
of disrepair/abuse.  I'm looking for a local charity or
organization that will *give* them to kids in need (i.e.,
no money changing hands).

[Must NOT be a religious organization!]

Extra points if said group can do the necessary repairs
and tune-ups for me thus saving me the time that would
otherwise be required (I've got way too much on my plate,
lately, with work, repairs, favors, etc.).  However, I'm
willing to do the work if the group/organization is
unable to.

I'll also look around the neighborhood to see if I can
find them homes without having to deal with the hassle
of getting them to a "third-party"...
