  Actually, looking at the opentucson.org about page, this is a non-prophit
organization distinct from the City proper, so using the City's email system
would be improper, even though one of the founders is/used to work for the
Mayor (Walkup). This is something being brought up to the mayor and city
council at a public meeting, not something that has been adopted by the
City, yet.

  It looks like an interesting project, I hope they get some traction with
the city council.
