UA still on punch cards by 73-74? I started programming at Kitt Peak using paper tape and punch cards on their CDC 3200 (3300?), and then on the brand-new-hot-spit CDC 6400 (6600?) that rolled in the door while I was there (summer 1968). Then many hours spent between UA office/home/computer-center turning in and fetching results (then computer-center/GreenDolphin when I came of age) until 1971. Thought they'd have upgraded, but I guess the RIOTs are the upgrades that we never saw. Although, I was still feeding punch cards to an IBM 360 at UCLA in the mid-1970s (still have some of those decks, too).
