[Tfug] Unable to install Ubuntu Server on Intel D945GCLF

It's a known hardware issue between Ubuntu 10.04 and these boards. Someone
on the Ubuntu forums suggested installing 8.04 and then upgrading to 10.04.
That seemed to do the trick.
