They are unknown quality.  I think Joe was saving them
for a guy who wanted the hub *motors* (I recall some
"special requirement" at one time about the actual hub
characteristics:  "This one is no good; this one is OK...")

I suspect they will end up going out in the next "purge"
(if they haven't already)
