Most components are rated at 70C.  Though you have to
"do the math" to watch junction temperatures (mainly on
the CPU and RF amp).

I suspect the bigger problem is one of "market share" -- far
more folks (SOHO and commercial) are looking for something
"inexpensive and suitable to office environment" than the
extremes I am targeting.  :<
