Yes!  It almost seems like some sort of "glitter paint".
Maybe an arts and crafts store (Michael's?) is worth
checking out (?).  The markings that I have seen sure don't
look like they were "machine made" so this has got to be
some sort of "pen" that can be purchased *somewhere*...
