[Tfug] CD to boot USB

I use remastersys to make a bootable DVD from Ubuntu 8.04.  I'm doing this
to have a configured and updated system to install Ubuntu on several
different types of computers efficiently.

I can't fit everything on a CD but need to make a DVD and most machines I
work with don't have DVD readers installed.  Many of the machines don't
allow booting from USB.

I'm searching for a CD to boot a USB drive or USB stick for installation. 
Apparently my googling combination isn't adequate to find such a CD.  If
anyone knows of one or has any suggestions, I would appreciate it.
