[Tfug] LXDE under Ubuntu Karmic - fixed dual-screen

Minor update - this hack at the command line:

xrandr --output VGA1 --left-of LVDS1

...gets me a working dual-screen once I turn on the external monitor
(mirrored) with LXDE's GUI interface.  Minor pain but survivable.  So
yeah, I'll stick with LXDE for a bit.

That should also mean the LXDE guys can expand the GUI (LXRandR
ver.0.1.1) to include proper dual-screen support easily enough.
