yes, but get 2 cats at a time so they have company when you're not home.
My cats will eat all kinds of little bugs, catch moths in mid-air, snatch
flies...

My little Senj is much better at chasing and catching those
things
than I am, and she waits for an hour or so for the insect to come out
from behind a sofa or under a carpet. Then she pounces.
