I find your request interesting.

Are you designing some type of IC?  Is your project in any way related to
an open source hardware project?

Mind you I'm not a VHDL programmer and I am not offering my services.  I'm
a general purpose programmer who knows what VHDL is and your request has
made me curious to hear more details.
