You generally then don't have problems - if you're not in the Admin or
Power Users group, you're  mostly cut off from making many of the
system modifications that malware relies on.   Vista uses
non-privileged user accounts, and witness the gnashing of teeth that
caused.

Intentionally installed software? You're out of luck.
