[Tfug] Wireless tablet?

Hi,

Any ideas as to where I can find a smallish wireless tablet
(say 6-9" diagonal)?  Ideally, no rotating media inside.
Even more ideally, no bloated OS!  I just want a "remote
display" without all the crap that typically accompanies
a "PC".

Sort of like a "flat screen, touch panel, X terminal"
(but without the keypad or mouse).

<grin>  Yeah, I know, I don't ask for *much*!  :>
