Bexley - unless dd-wrt or OpenWRT have some bizarre definition of a
VLAN that only they use and understand, then yes, each separate port
that is in a separate VLAN  is a separate "layer 2 network."

It's just like have two separate switches each individually plugged
into two separate ports on a router.
