[Tfug] Alan Cox: "I've had enough"--what else is new?

Ugh.
You guys act surprised that there's petty bickering and useless drama
associated with the Linux scene. When HASN'T progress in Linux circles
been bent/delayed/halted by petty bickering and ego-driven feuds?
If you read Torvald's letter to Cox that got him riled up in the first
place, the damn thing reads like a letter from a disgruntled lover. It
also paints a picture of Alan Cox being Linus Torvald's bitch. For any
guy with a shred of dignity to put up with crap like that is amazing.
One gets the feeling that there's sort of mutually parasitic
relationship at work there between the two..Linus needs someone on the
hook to do the hard work, and Alan needs coattails to ride to quiet geek
fame and admiration on. It's sad.
The whole free software movement has been tainted with this sort of
crap. It's always has been the case for the Linux movement as well, even
from its earliest days.
Oh, by the way, here's a video of Richard Stallman sitting down on
stage, pulling his sock off, and eating his toe cheese. These are your
"leaders".

Cheers,
Bowie
PS... RMS is also a pedo. He's stated openly that he believes pedophilia
should be legal, and that the only reason that they're illegal is due to
"prejudice and narrowmindedness".
