> Yes.  These are the old scanners which will do up to
> letter size and some (maybe all) will do A4 (8.26x11.7).

Note that many flatbed scanners will *not* scan transparencies.
Those that will, usually have a separate CCFL light that you
plug into the scanner and place *over* the transparency.
