Wellll...ummm...but it all works now :).

I can get to the page on the local machines by doing 192.168.0.53 (the
local fixed IP of the camera server).

I can get to it from outside via the IP for the router.  And I can get
to it from the server's console.  In all cases, with the same username
and password (and at the same time no less).

So, stick a fork in it, it's done :).
