[Tfug] package/repository confusion

RPM search http://rpm.pbone.net/ shows it is available as an rpm from
the xmlrpc-c sourceforge site. I just switched my desktop from Ubuntu
to OpenSuse and the Yast package system doesn't seem to work as easily
as Synaptic.
