Okay, I should have said, "contains code developed by the OpenSSL people,"  
or better, to quote the license itself:

This product includes software developed by the OpenSSL Project for use in  
the OpenSSL Toolkit.
This product includes cryptographic software written by Eric Young.

I admit, a pretty dumb thing to write, that's all I meant.  Since I know  
closer to nothing about SSL.
