I miss basements and attics!  Doing damn near *anything* in
these "frontier style (?)" homes is a royal pain in the ass!
Depressing to see all these homes with duct work, electrical
conduit, plumbing, etc. on the outside of the structure.
Can you spell "afterthought"?

I dread every needing to do any significant *plumbing* work!
