[Tfug] Web servers at Pima College

I monitor the data coming into my Internet machine, and any time I'm 
connected to
a PCC server I see a burst of incoming data that lasts maybe a second or so.
Then it stops. Then there are a few small blips, Then I see a "connection
reset by server" message on my browser.
    I only see this at PCC nowhere else. Is there any truth to the rumor 
that
their servers can't handle the traffic anymore?
