sorry it comes from spending a significant amount of time
preparing formal documentation this tends to be difficult in
plain ascii environments hence the reliance on decorations
to convey significance that a single character set font
typeface etc are unable to convey if it truly bothers you
i suggest you add a filter to just discard messages with
my name in the from header thanks don
