If you read the instructions you would see it asking you to rank them in
an ordered list of preference 1 - 10.

Obviously a bug based upon the given directions.

Mine went fine, but then I read the questions.

I was more offended by having to rank some of the options high when
reality is I'd never touch 8 of the 10 given choices for anything
worthwhile.
